1. By completing the survey you are entering the prize draw
2. you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
3. The prize draw is being run by Knittingtours.com (part of The Irish Tourism Group).
4. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
5. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
6. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
7. The prize draw is free to enter.
8. The prize draw includes every completed survey received up to and including midnight on 10 May 2023 (Dublin time).
9. There are 5 prizes of €500/£500 each to use against any new knitting tour booked through Knittingtours.com
10. Winners will be drawn at random.
11. Winners will be notified by email on or before midnight on 12 May 2023 (Dublin time).
12. Knittingtours.com will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
14. The decision of Knittingtours.com regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
15. Winners will receive prizes in the form of an E-voucher along with notification of win.
16. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Knittingtours.com for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for receiving offers if you have indicated so on the survey.
17. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and State/County through social media outlets of Knittingtours.com
18. Knittingtours.com reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
19. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
